Head to the Spice Farm of Fiji to learn how spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, and cardamom are cultivated and cured. Then select your own mud crab from the local Crab Farm. Explore the local market and taste organic seasonal produce. Learn how kava is grown, about its medicinal properties, and the ancient cultural traditions. Learn how to weave baskets, and help wrap food for the traditional Fiji lovo (in-ground oven). The grand finale includes a bonfire on the beach and a demonstration of fire walking.
